Production & Shipping
All Hoobrid products are made to order – each item is individually produced after you place an order, ensuring top quality and minimal environmental waste.
Production times:
- Standard Shipping: 1–2 weeks manufacturing before dispatch.
- Express Shipping: Next-day manufacturing priority (subject to availability).
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Delivery times depend on your destination and selected shipping method. Please note that international delivery times may vary due to customs procedures.
Custom-Made Orders
Each product is custom-made specifically for you. Therefore, returns or exchanges are not accepted, unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
This policy complies with EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), which allows exceptions for goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at shop@hoobrid.com and include:
- Your order number
- A short description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
We will review your case and, if approved, provide a replacement or full refund.

Cancellations
As production begins shortly after the order is placed, cancellations are only possible within 12 hours of purchase.
After that time, the order enters production and cannot be canceled or modified.
Shipping Responsibility
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier issues, or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
